Jeffrey S. Boulware is an Associate Professor of Aviation Education with South Dakota State University. He has 27+ years of experience in aviation, including over twenty-five in the U.S. Air Force, logging over 5,000 flight hours and 1600 instructor pilot hours in multi-engine jet aircraft. He has a masters degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has an ATP rating in multi -engine aircraft , a commercial single engine rating, and advanced and instrument ground instructor ratings. He is also a general aviation aircraft owner.
